The guy who owns Raleigh Studio in Georgia built the Gin property community (Alexandria) in the town of Senoia to be a live set for the studio. Residents who desired to live there would have to agree to abide by the filming conditions.

There is no way I would buy property there. Not worth it in my opinion.

    Those houses aren't cheap, either.

I could imagine how expensive they are. That's why I would spend my money on property elsewhere. I love my privacy too much to deal with fans and a popular TV show filming in my neighborhood. And I will be damned if I agree to those restrictions in place to purchase one of those homes.

So is someone living in Rick & Michonne's house? That would be the only house I would want to live in :richonne:

I can see them keeping that house open.

I've spent some time in Senoia...I was there for the last week of filming for the finale...and, surprisingly, there weren't many fans or tourists around. Maybe it's a different story in the summer months when everyone is on summer vacation? But, I was actually surprised how empty the town felt. I saw maybe 5 or 6 other people walking around the set snapping photos.
Anyway, from the sound of it, the row of houses used in filming are vacant. People live in the houses on the other side. They look like they'd be really expensive houses and that fence around the perimeter is not at all a pleasant sight.
